Please put some paragraphs into your standard wall of text posts. Impossible to read, your chances of getting the full range of regulars' involvement are severely reduced.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

After stoically resisting debt recovery agencies, I have received a Claim Form from Civil National Business Centre. This is from Capital Car Park Control case as posted above (dated 14th of Jan at 2:32) As I really do not understand this, is this same as Court?
Is it same CCJ? What are my realistic chances of wining this?

If the claim form is from the county court business centre in Northampton, then you need to respond as per the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES, and as per the Template Defence sticky Announcement.

It is not the same as a CCJ. The J in CCJ stands for Judgment, which can only happen after a court claim has ended, not at the beginning.

Same address; I wonder how much it cost to rename it, all the signs and the stationery and I also wonder if it will make them act any quicker and clear their backlog!

    Yes.

Do what it says in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.

Who would like to hazard a guess that they'll also change the email address from CCBCAQ to CNBCAQ but won't set up the old address to automatically forward to the new email address?

Just come across this post again I cannot understand why after failing at POPLA for the first PCN you submitted virtually the same appeal for the second and ignored the fact that there was no offer to park, and even the POPLA assessor almost pointed that out.
If you are going to win the court claim you are going to have to pay more attention to the advice on here rather than going it alone yet again sorry!
