Hi. Does that apply to the fact that you can no longer see an item after the auction has ended? The item /auction just disappears. Instead you get the You bought this item on.... Or Sorry you missed out on this item Then the relevant date.
This is thoroughly unacceptable as that is the only proof you have of what you bought and how it was described. If you have a dispute, you have absolutely no proof to refer back to! A scamming sellers heaven!0 -

Go into purchases , there are various tabs in there depending on which view of the dashboard eBay have allocated to you, you may have to open a ‘won’ folder, find the purchase, click on link and there’s everything you need including postage and address details and whether it has been sent or not.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
