eBay changes - can no longer see item after auction ended

Hi. Does that apply to the fact that you can no longer see an item after the auction has ended? The item /auction just disappears. Instead you get the You bought this item on.... Or Sorry you missed out on this item Then the relevant date.
This is thoroughly unacceptable as that is the only proof you have of what you bought and how it was described. If you have a dispute, you have absolutely no proof to refer back to! A scamming sellers heaven!

I’m not sure what you mean by not being able to see what you have bought, it’s there in purchases and the original page can be opened from the purchase page?  I checked something on Friday as I wanted to double check what I’d bought as something was delayed .

Go into purchases , there are various tabs in there depending on which view of the dashboard eBay have allocated to you, you may have to open a ‘won’ folder, find the purchase, click on link and there’s everything you need including postage and address details and whether it has been sent or not.
