Ebay return

Hello.

I purchased three items from a business seller, all arrived in one parcel.  Unfortunately none of the items fit and I need to return them.  I have opened a return which the seller has accepted but ebay seem intent on me having to pay for 3 x postage as each item has a different Royal Mail tracking code.  How do I return them in 1 package please?

I would also rather pay my own return rather than use ebay but have no idea how.

Live chat were useless as they told me the seller has to pay - which is not true and isn't my issue anyhow.

If you place them all in one package the seller could easily state that only one item was returned as you would have one tracking number, no?

But why would I want to pay 3 x £3.35?

Got it sorted with a 'call back' from ebay.  Very helpful chap who put the same tracking ID on each label and refunded the postage charge so nothing to pay for a change of mind return.  What a palaver though.

I have done the exact same.  The 'leadership team' will combine the labels for you.
