You cannot sign away your right to be compensated if a bank negligently loses your money, except by withdrawing your money from the bank and then doing what you want with it.1 -
Chase should be good, I wasted over an hour on the phone with Santander who were reluctant to send money to where I wanted (Nexo) and this was months ago before the markets/luna/ftx crashed.
Whilst Chase put transfer on hold the phone was couple mins wait and after verification it was processed.1
