  • Yes I understand why the banks are doing this.

I won’t be claiming money back from the bank and I understand the risks.

The banks do not find it credible that people who are willing to invest in get-rich-quick schemes in pursuit of free money will decline to spend five minutes filing a complaint in pursuit of free money.
You cannot sign away your right to be compensated if a bank negligently loses your money, except by withdrawing your money from the bank and then doing what you want with it.

Chase should be good, I wasted over an hour on the phone with Santander who were reluctant to send money to where I wanted (Nexo) and this was months ago before the markets/luna/ftx crashed.

Whilst Chase put transfer on hold the phone was couple mins wait and after verification it was processed.
