I know this has been covered a million times over.
I received a parking charge notice in the post.
The last one of these I got I ignored, I did get roughly 6 letters threatening debt collectors in the end of the letters stopped. However this was roughly 15 years ago.
Just wondering what the process is these days.
Has national parking enforcement ever taking anybody to court?

The advice to ignore a PCN has not been given here since the law changed ten years ago.
Start by reading the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES that will answer most of your questions to save you asking them.
