Park Maven Penalty charge notice.

I recently received a notice from my lease company to say Park maven would be in touch in regards to a PCN. So I waited and waited over the two weeks, as advised on this site, and eventually, it did turn up, The letter from Park maven was, allegedly, issued according to the date on the letter 26/10/22 however I didn't receive it until 05/11/22.
It stated that the contravention was not having a valid parking session, whatever that means. At the entrance to the car park the signage states this is a camera controlled car park so it would be alerted as I drove in I assumed. I stayed for a couple of hours although they say 3h 50 mins and have provided me with some very nice pictures of the reg plate of my car, however, there is no timelapse date recorded on the photograph so could have been taken at any time during the afteroon and does not confirm how long I stayed. On cessation of my stay in the said car park I checked the app and paid the required fee and have a copy of my bank statement to show I did indeed pay prior to exiting the car park. Now they are saying I have to pay £60. I have no issue with being in the car park and I am not questioning the validity of the evidence albeit no time-lapse data.
I can categorically state that I paid the charge according to the parking app yourparkingspace.co.uk the sum of £2.49. Can anyone help please? Many thank Chris H.

Do you have Google timeline enabled on your phone, to disprove the timing?
Does the app show a typo in your numberplate?
When you go online as if to appeal, are all the photos time-stamped AND is the date of issue of the PCN shown as 26/10/22?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Was the PCN or NTH really called a penalty charge notice?
Did the signs say pay before leaving or did they say pay within X minutes of arrival? You may have fallen foul of the latter.
Since this is a lease car, instruct the lease company not to pay the charge under any circumstances as you are now dealing with it.
Then use one of the edna basher appeal letters for hire/lease vehicles you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. There are three but one is for fleet managers, so you want one of the other ones. Do not reveal the driver's identity. Only refer to the driver and the hirer/lessee who are two different people as far as the law is concerned. The hirer/lessee has protections in law that the driver does not.
The PPC will no doubt have failed to include the paperwork specified in paras 13 and 14 of the PoFA 2012 with the NTH so will be incapable of holding the hirer/lessee liable as long as nobody blabs about the driver's identity.I married my cousin.
