I wanted to buy some Italian childrens cutlery from this company http://www.cleverlittleideas.com/, emailed them to find out which high street shops stock them because i didnt want to pay the £5 postage charge for such a small item.
I got a personal email back from the direcor of the company himself, offering me FREE postage if i ordered! how chuffed was i.
Item received next day and very happy with service.
