I ordered a Jack Wolfskin jacket from RawOutdoors.co.uk on Sunday for £110. Disappointingly, they reduced the price today to £96 so I emailed them to ask if they would pass-on the cut.
They emailed back within a couple of hours (this evening) to say they would - since it's Christmas!
So, five stars to them.
