Currys customer service are, apparantly, pretty awful. I don't know for sure as I never buy anything from them.1

Is your pc running windows 10?
If so, google how to reset your pc ie restore windows to as-new condition

It's a bit hit and miss. I've had great dealings with them and one or two iffy ones. In the latest edition of Computer Active they have reviewed the Palicomp AMD Cobra and have given it a 5 Star rating.
The cost of the unit reviewed is £399.99 and comes with 16G ram, 1Tb ssd 4 usb3 ports and 2 usb2 plus 1 x hdmi. Loaded with Windows 11. It has a 6 core AMD Ryzen 5 5600g processor.
Note - it doesn't have a WiFi connection so you would either have to use an ethernet connection or obtain a WiFi card.

this is what he has done to the Cobra including a intel option if UHD graphics is the better option for the use cases.
