Currys customer service are, apparantly, pretty awful. I don't know for sure as I never buy anything from them.

Is your pc running windows 10?

If so, google how to reset your pc ie restore windows to as-new condition

It may not work but worth a try

It's a bit hit and miss. I've had great dealings with them and one or two iffy ones. The only advice I would give is to research first before entering the store and taking their word for it.

In the latest edition of Computer Active they have reviewed the Palicomp AMD Cobra and have given it a 5 Star rating.

The cost of the unit reviewed is £399.99 and comes with 16G ram, 1Tb ssd 4 usb3 ports and 2 usb2 plus 1 x hdmi. Loaded with Windows 11. It has a 6 core AMD Ryzen 5 5600g processor.

Note - it doesn't have a WiFi connection so you would either have to use an ethernet connection or obtain a WiFi card.

For the custom builders like palicomp the place to go is HUKD and a guy call sarden64 that analyses them to death.

loads of options for changes to the "offer" specs that can improve the package.
this is what he has done to the Cobra including a intel option if UHD graphics is the better option for the use cases.

100% SSD, if your system hasn't got one installed already.  That, along with a reinstall, and you will think you have a flying machine.
