Split The Bills Took Our Money And Didn't Pay Our Bills

I'd prefer not to however as I was moving in with five strangers, I did not want to put myself in a situation where I could end up paying 6 peoples bills. Going forward I would definitely not go with STB again.macman said:In future, never use services like this, they're completely pointless and expensive. The LA's only sign you up for them because they receive a healthy commission for doing so-paid for by you in higher charges. There is only one water authority you can use, so pay them yourselves.

So is the idea that Split the Bills put the bill in their name and then if anyone doesn't pay, they cover it and try and get the money off the defaulter?
I can see the advantage for you in that if that is the case. What do they do if someone consistently defaults?1
