TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Disney+ - KISS – Spotlight – SOS” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition. 

 

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	There will be one winner of the Competition.    In order to be eligible to win, entrants must go online to kissfmuk.co.uk and tell us the following details:        Full name and contact details    The reasoning behind why a local football club they know, work for or are involved in deserves to win      Entries will be judged on how entertaining, compelling, heart-warming and how deserving the entry is. All entries will be judged by the KISS FM production team, the production manager, and an independent judge.      The entry period closes at 23:59 on 13/11/2021 and the winner will be selected and contacted on 14/11/2021.     The winner and their entry will be announced during the KISS Breakfast show after they have been contacted and told they are the winner.     Once the prize has been awarded the winner will be put in touch with the prize company who will help organise the prize for the local youth team they nominated.
2.ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS	Entries are restricted to one entry per person.    Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes:    Online at:  https://planetradio.co.uk/kiss/competitions/     Online entry is free of charge.
3. DATES	Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:    From 07/11/2022 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to 13/11/2022 at 23:59 (“End Time”).    Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid.    Winner Announcement:  The winner’s first name and hometown are available on request by emailing win@bauermedia.co.uk. The winner and their nomination entry will also be announced on KISS breakfast during the week of 13th November 2022.     However if the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.
4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.  One entry per person.  Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.  If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. 5. THE PRIZE	One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):    Items requested by winner their local football club to the value of £400 inc VAT.     Winner can select a maximum of 5 items to be delivered to one address within the United Kingdom only    If there are any costs to the items requested above the prize awarded these must be covered by the finalist. The winner will not be compensated for any additional costs.      Prize Supplier ‘Element’ Additional Terms:   Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom only; Winner must supply a complete list of items to Prize Provider in one transaction, with a maximum value of £400 inc VAT; Any funds not used will be forfeited; Winner can select a maximum of 5 items to be delivered to one address within the United Kingdom only; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Due to industry-wide supply chain issues, there may be unforeseen delays to deliveries of physical prizes. We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible; All prizes are subject to availability; The winner is responsible for ensuring that any delivery note is checked on receipt; The prize excludes anything not expressly listed above; The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd (www.element-london.com).

 OTHER CONDITIONS 

1.      DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize.  Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 2.      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had. 

3. MISCELLANEOUS. 

a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them. 

b. Entrants may not enter more than once. 

c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject. 

d. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call. 

e. You are responsible for all costs of entry. 

f. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. 

g. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements. 

h. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize. 

i. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
