Where has the eBay Local Deals tool gone?

I was using this just the other day!

The webpage talking about it is still up, but the tool itself has been removed it seems.

Anyone know what's happened?

Hi Mark,

The eBay local deals tool is temporarily unavailable, but the team are working to reinstate it as soon as possible. I'm not sure on the timeframe just yet but I'll update here when it's available again.
