Hi, I have read the newbies section, but can’t seem to find an answer to my query. Sorry, so wondered if some one could help please?
my OH, received a PCN, from euro car parks, reason cited, no valid pay and display was purchased. He had paid but the machine wasn’t working correctly and didn’t print the registration number correctly.
filled in the online appeals form, got the automated response. This was August 8th.
Then, heard nothing until Friday, when he received a final notification letter, stating that the discount rate no longer applies and the full amount must be paid within 28 days.
could someone please advise the next steps, as he received no outcome of his appeal, no other correspondence since he completed the online appeals form.

What happened when the keeper complained to the landowner and their MP? That is always Plan A.
If the keeper appealed and didn't receive a cancellation or rejection with PoPLA code, then complain to the BPA and copy in the PPC. Include a copy of the auto response with the complaint.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

He hasn’t complained to anyone yet.
I need to go back to the newbies section and figure out the abbreviations. 😁
so a written complaint to BPA?Thanks for your help.0 -
I need to go back to the newbies section and figure out the abbreviations.Post #5 has the usual ones used on this forum. Any others you don't understand, just ask. We have to use abbreviations otherwise the pad on my one finger would be worn away from typing full versions, dozens of times each day! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

A simple online BPA complaint. He can Google it or just look on the BPA website for the complaint page.
Attach the proof of appealing and complain he got no response or POPLA code.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
sorry to be here again, but need more help please. We complained to BPA, got an automated response, heard nothing from either BPA or Euro Car park, until yesterday a letter arrived from a debt collection agency. So, the cost is now £170.
my OH, is really stressed and just wants to pay it.
Could anyone advise our options now please ?0 -
Please don't be gaslighted. No paying a scam to make it go away!
Surely you were expecting these laughable £170 demands that everyone ignores?
See post 4 of the NEWBIES thread.
You will have followed up the BPA complaint already?

The cost is not now £170. It is zero and will remain so unless a judge says otherwise.
