I use a version of L&G one - FTSE4Good Developed equities index tracker
World Developed Large Cap equities minus the ethical knockouts from the FTSE4Good defintion. It is neither particularly expensive nor particularly ethical above a low base definition of ethical.
ISIN below - not my exact one but there are numerous variaints of this in old pension schemes so it likely is neither growing much retail nor closing imminently.
L&G have launched Future World and Climate Change themed ones since. (As have other fund managers) with various slants).
Example
Legal & General fund code NEB3
ISIN code GB00B4LNM547
