Emails to E-on next returned undelivered
Anyone else had the same problem?
Four times over the past 2 or 3 months I've emailed E-on next yet all emails were returned undelivered with the message:
The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a policy that
550-5.7.1 prohibited the mail that you sent. Please contact your domain
550-5.7.1 administrator for further details.
550-5.7.1 prohibited the mail that you sent. Please contact your domain
550-5.7.1 administrator for further details.
I used these two email addresses: <hi@eonnext.com> and <unhappy@eonnext.com> (currently available on the e-on next website).
I rarely have this 'returned undelivered' issue. Any ideas? Looks like I'll have to try their 'phone contact option - when I have half a day spare.

Where are you sending the emails from?Do you have an alternative email service you could try - not a different address for EON, but eg. an Outlook account you could send from instead of a Gmail one?N. It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?

Many organisations block these are sources of spamI send emails from my web-based GMX account. I have a PC-based (client) Thunderbird account which I've linked to my GMX account so I can "fetch" and "store" emails I've sent and received using GMX. I do this just in case GMX pull the plug on me and I lose access - not unknown with web-based email accounts, evidently. No reason I can't try sending an email through Thunderbird though - thanks for the suggestion.ariarnia said:we use gmail and recently had an email/reply from hi@eonnext.comFreeBear said:Are you attaching any large files to the email(s) ?I think my approach now will be to: (1) Try using Thunderbird email. (2) Leave poor review on Trustpilot (I notice some companies "reach out" to customers who leave negative reviews). (3) 'Phone. (4) Switch energy supplier!1
