DO NOT BUY FROM BIZITS
Just to warn everyone not to buy anything from a site called Bizits, I'm too tired to go into it,but just wanted to make sure there is a warning to any one wondering whether to use them.I was lucky and hopefully my refund is being sorted out. Please see this link,as may, many people are buying from this one -man -band -company,and not receiving their orders,or just part of them.He was refunding, but seems to of stopped, from what I have read(there was a very comprehensive thread on the playstaion community forum-which was how I was made aware of the situation, but unfortunately the thread has dissapeared/ been removed) But I found this one on HotUKDeals.
http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/117102/bizits-query/all/all/hot/
I am still unsure if he is a complete scammer,or just an incompetent fool, who has been inundated with orders, and cant keep up with supply and demand-but he is still taking peoples money, and messing up.
The website looks quite professional, and as you can pay by paypal,it feels safe-but according to others on previously mentioned threads, outside of Ebay,Paypal isn't so safe.

Hi, I am still waiting for a item, ordered on the 30/11/2007.
I don't think I will see that!.
I have read lots of things on the internet about this site, but I don't know what is true.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?0 -
As far as I know this is how it seems to be playing out:
Firstly, I ordered a game several weeks ago. After not receiving it and emailing and telephoning with no reply, I raised a dispute and received my money back.
People have been receiving refunds in the last few days but I am not sure if this is everybody.
Some people are in a bit of a mess because they have received some of their order but not all of it. This means they are unsure as to what they can do.
The telephone number has been removed from the site now (not that it was any use).
I have a feeling Paypal may be sending out auto-refunds, but don't quote me on that.
My advice is to raise a dispute within your Paypal account. I honestly cannot see you ever receiving this order and if you do, it will be a long, long time away.
None of us have worked out if this is a scam or somebody in terribly over their head!0 -

Probably started off over his head when he couldn't source stuff from dropshippers and his suppliers because of the Christmas rush. Then it's turned to a scam because he's lied to his customers and/or withheld information about no stock and no refunds. The man without a signature.0 -
I can confirm that there are major problems with bizits.co.uk. I ordered two items on 8th Dec 2007 - not received anything. After emails and phone calls to bizits, no reply.... so have begun the dispute with Paypal, to claim money back. Why don't Paypal shut him down ?! Followed the trail back to his hosts 'Liquid Web' - who refuse to do anything about the guy unless the 'authorities' are involved. Muppets. Like they actually need any more evidence against bizits ? A quick Google would tell them people are having problems. Basically, don't order from bizits - you'll regret it.0

I had a complete nightmare with this guy, I purchased an item on the 30/11/07 and I still hadnt received it 3 weeks later, I contacted the guy via a number advertised on his website which was removed the day after I left a message:mad: , I also contacted him on 3 emails addresses and OH NO REPLY. It wasnt until I contacted paypal and began a dispute that I got a full refund - Not the point because the item I bought was a christmas pressie and I havent been able to get one since!
Totally guttedhttp://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/images/smilies/angry-smiley-030.gif0 -
This company is a con please do not buy anything from them, as I found out today even paypal have stopped refunding money as his account is empty.:mad:0

Their PayPal is still stopped, and can confirm PayPal aren't refunding anything you've bought off him - I (stupidly) ordered a Wii from Bizits, having seen generally positive things about them in November... and am currently out of pocket nearly £180 between their fraud and PayPal's lack of adequate buyer protection.
With regards PayPal not refunding, I'm pursuing a complaint against them on the basis that I paid by Credit Card and there are laws in the UK covering automatic protection for credit cards against fraudulent use, which the Bizits orders clearly are, and if I still get no refund from them, will do a chargeback from the credit card provider and go to the financial services ombudsman, and suggest that others keep pursuing PayPal for the money also. After all, when their CURRENT front-page promotional line is 'Safer. Simpler. Smarter', there's a clear case of mis-selling their services if on refunds their service is demonstrably less safe than using a credit card, quite apart from any question of whether they are obligated by regulations to provide a refund.0 -
I have also had a reply from paypal saying that there were insuffient funds in his paypal account to be able to have a refund! I am absolutely livid!! I bought a Nintendo DS from this idiot at the beginning of Dec. I really wish i was a lot quicker off the mark with paypal... Can someone please advise me what the next step to reclaim my money is? I have sent a number of emails to this Bizits !!!! and suprise suprise have had no reply......0

I too stupidly bought something from this rogue trader.
I too did no received my goods - £196.30 of Nintendo Wii.
I got in contact with consumer direct 01209 720333 they helped me word letters to John Murphy (Owner of the company)
I have wrote 3 letters and as we expected no response.!
I have just sent my final letter advising court action. Once you have sent all these letters they advise you of its £25 to take hime to court. - moneyclaim.gov.uk
He has to pay the fee and you can request to add interest to your claim also!!
Thought it might help as I have just found his home address too:
106 Jim Drsicoll Way
Cardiff
CF11 7JR.
His trading address:
Bizits
13 Cumnock Terrace
Splott
Cardiff
CF24 2AF
and his numerous email addresses: admin@bizits.co.uk, myorder@bizits.co.uk , paypal@bizits.co.uk
I also got let down by paypal and couldn't get any money back but there is hope so I suggest you all get in contact with consumer direct if we group together we can teach him a lesson! How I would love it to result in baliffs going around there!!
 Lets bring him down!!
The webiste is now offline so at least no one else can get screwed over it does state on the website that ALL customers will be getting a FULL refund via paypal but I am yet to see mine!!
He has till the 20th Feb or its county court for him!!
Hope this helps some one get their money back.
