Is there a thing for person fuel cards or top up cards?

I normally use a Tesco Extra garage to fuel up, but looking for a way I can have a seperate card that's not linked to my bank myself and family can put money on solely to be used to fill up.

Why not have a separate credit card. You could then use it solely for fuel.
If you fill up at Tesco regularly you could have a Tesco credit card and get Tesco points.

There are schemes to get cheaper fuel but you need to spend a lot more than the average person or family
will spend in a couple of years worth of motoring.

OP, when I was on an IVA, I had a cash account with Barclays separate to my main account. No overdraft or anything like that, but I could transfer money onto it and use it for day to day costs which was mostly fuel. See if your bank can provide you with something similar.
