Kitchen extension estimates

Hi
Anyone know what sort of budget I will need to get a kitchen extension. Ideally 6m single storey to the rear. Standard fittings?
A bathroom renovated from scratch?
And an outback building?
Wouldn't necessary get these all but need an idea of how much it would cost me? Based in London.

How wide is the extension? It’s impossible to say. I would say as an estimate you’ll be looking at £80k+.0

£2.5K per square metre for a watertight shell as an absolute minimum. Budget £5K per square metre, and you shouldn't be too far out. On top of that, you'll have the cost of fitting out the kitchen plus all the bells & whistles.Full width folding doors will add a good chunk of money on and also suck heat out of the space in the winter months (as will any large expanse of glass). Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -
All depends on the lay of the land, size, if PP is required, part of the UK you live in and what you want in the kitchen the types of window/roof etc

Building materials have rocketed in cost over the past year or two, so if £2.5k per sq metre was accurate then you can probably add at least another 15% to 20%, and that is being conservative.
