So exactly the same thing.   So if it is some sort of attack, it's actually on their site.  I guess I have to stay away until this message is no more.....

The certificate for this site (the https bit) expired today. Probably somebody forgot to renew it and ignored the reminders that were doubtless sent. Certificates typically have to be renewed annually.

it works without the eservices prefix, HERE.

It's not an attack, their encryption certificate expired on Sun, 06 Nov 2022 10:11:32 GMT.

You'll have to wait for them to renew it (or bypass the error, not recommended).

I did try to continue buy my laptop won't let me. Hopefully they will fix it tomorrow.

If you do go through without https, you get the following message:
