    Your defence now looks much better, albeit I always say this section is unnecessary, because the Judge csn see all this on the claim form:

    "The Defendant was issued with a Claim Form by DCB Legal acting on behalf of the Claimant Civil Enforcement Limited for a Total amount of £268.88 (inclusive of £35 Court Fee & £50 Legal representative's costs). "
