they have an account with a limit of 3 withdrawals at 2.1% or a instant access with no rules at 2%.
does anyone use these and is it worth choosing the former for an extra .1%. i will need the money for house deposit so dont want to fix for longer.

I've been with Nationwide for ages, and have used lots of their savings accounts. Their interest rates are not that competitive, and you can do much better in terms of interest by looking at other providers. If you know when you are likely to need the money, you could look beyond easy access - notice accounts and/or fixed term could be more appropriate for you.0 -
There are many better easy access accounts. https://moneyfacts.co.uk/savings-accounts/easy-access-savings-accounts/?quick-links-first=falsemrtaylor272 said:they have an account with a limit of 3 withdrawals at 2.1% or a instant access with no rules at 2%.

Also short term notice accounts with better rates.https://moneyfacts.co.uk/savings-accounts/best-notice-accounts/?quick-links-first=false
Also worth considering: https://uk.virginmoney.com/savings/products/easy_access_cash_isa_exclusive_issue_2/ and potentially a LISA, if you qualify:https://moneyfacts.co.uk/isa/lifetime-isas/1 -
I have the 2% no limit easy saver with a couple of K in which I could use to top up my NW flex backup current account in an emergency.0
