Can anyone recommend an architect for a rear single storey extension in East London?

There is a website called Nextdoor.co.uk which might be more effective at getting information for your local area. There is an awful lot of meaningless carp posted too, but you can get useful info on occasion.

Thanks il take a look.
Can anyone please give me a breakdown of the architect fees. Dont have to be exact as I know they vary , but i want to know what should be included so I know when they quote me. Seperate building control and planning fees + Thames Water fee + application fee. What else should I be aware of?0 -
If you go on the RIBA website you can put in details of your job and budget and it will match you with architects.

If it's a basic job, you might find an Architectural Techician a bit cheaper.

When you actually get to the stage of appointing an architect, make sure that what they propose is what you want and can afford, not what they think would look great, be totally impractical for your needs and cost twice your budget.
