If this is the "options" on the phone (as opposed to any options in your "My Account" or similar section on the website) then TalkTalk aren't going to be able to help you.The default pin should be in the user manual you had with the phone (and may tell you how to reset it if has been changed). If you no longer have it, Google for it.1

As above, nothing to do with TalkTalk, it's a feature of the phone. Try 0000 as the PIN.

Hi Binao. At some point someone has set the PIN on your phone. Don't worry though, it can be reset. If you visit this page https://manualmachine.com/bt/bt6510/2545109-user-manual/ and look at page 19 it explains how to reset the PIN.Hope this helps

You can download the manual for free from here:
https://www.bt.com/help/user-guides/
Just search for BT6510.
It looks like you'll have to do a reset through the menu and delete all existing settings to reset the pin to 0000.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Followed link.
Result, "unable use downloads".?????
Download files all the time, they appear in "my files"
Why is everything becoming so complicated now. Today's updates mess up your tech.
