I'll get back to this claim topic in June when work subsides a little – in the meanwhile, would you be able to point to any good/recent exemplars for the letters before claim and the pleadings?

I'm thinking about how to formulate a letter for the fixed and unreasonable costs? And how to plead for the paid fees in minimum and for other costs in case the court finds unreasonable behaviour.

And also, do you know if the hearing be in the local court or somewhere in Sheffield in the case of a filing a fresh claim?
