Hi all just received my bulb statement 3rd November I normally get it on the 16th of the month anyone know the reason for this also comes with a high estimated gas reading as they cannot read my smart meter now stopped using the smart meter in January this year reported it and they have not repaired it

My date hasn't changed and looking online, the website is indicating the same monthly date as usual.
