Scottish Power prepayment - £400 energy discount
Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer some advice about how I can go about helping my parents get their £66 voucher from Scottish Power. They are on a traditional prepayment meter and have not yet had the £66 October payment. They're struggling to get through to anyone over the phone and by the website live chat.
The issue is that they did received an email with the voucher last month, however the balance says £0. They took it to the paypoint anyway to try and were told the voucher had nothing on it. We saw something online about it being loaded on the key automatically and needing to top up 3 times before it shows, they've tried that and still nothing.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you sort it? Or does anyone have an email address I can try to to contact somebody?
