Bristol Energy Refund

I had an account with Bristol Energy (who stopped trading on 23rd January 2022), at the time I closed the account (17th January or thereabouts) due to moving I was over £200 in credit. Agreed, that is all in order with the small note that when BG refer to waiting to receive the credit, they should be saying waiting to receive confirmation of the credit amount, but the Ombudsman has made it clear in their ruling.
Nothing else to add at this point, just going to have to wait since it is being handled correctly it would seem.
