Clairty on how estate is valued at point of probate

Hey folks
Probate has just been granted for a relative.
At this point there is still a property to sell.
Does the valuation that shows on the probate normally include an approximate valuation of the property (house) or does it exclude that?
Thanks!

It should have included the value of the house at the point of death as a gross figure. If there’s a mortgage outstanding, then the net probate value should reflect this.0
