Heads up, compers! In order to investigate a technical issue, we've had to move some of the older threads from Game Over into a new category called 'Game Over Archives'. It'll be comps from before 2017, so shouldn't have too much impact on your day-to-day Forum experience. Thanks for your patience!

It might be worth reading the following.
NEW COMPERS PLEASE READ - Competition Board - useful links

Competition are posted in either section: (if in doubt, it usually just Competitions time)
    • Spending to enter competitions is NOT MoneySaving. Always include the free entry route if there is one and never post a pay-to-enter competition costing more than £2.10
    • This is the place for ongoing and recurring competitions which regularly produce winners - weekly, monthly etc.
    • Advent competitions
Christmas Advent competitions only - 6 days, 12 days, 24 or 25 days on average.
    • Competitions time
Share and find new competitions you’d like to enter to win here.

    Instructions to search and post:
You can only post competitions that you are not connected too (you can't own or work for them etc.)
Most Competitions should be free although £2.10 is the maximum limit if you need to pay.
Competitions should only be posted once too, so you'll need to check it isn't already posted:
Use the Search function - search the most relevant, less common word for example for an Amazon Kindle Fire - search Kindle.
    Select Discussion
    Sort By: Newest
    Category: Competitions time
    (optional: Untick Polls)
    click Filter.

Titles should posted in Competitions time by hitting the red 'Create Post' as End date: Win Prize (Entry if needed) you can add a question mark if you aren't 100% sure on the end date.
Example: E: 30/11 ? Win an Amazon Kindle Fire (FB/TW)
or Advents are posted in the Advent section, started with A:

Post the competition Company hosting it, the link, prize details and any additional information, links to Terms etc.
Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.
