Yep,change of mind, I'm also going with Matt Hancock as it's always someone topical, isn't it? Plus,in the side by side photos @Ms_Dee has given us the teeth don't match. Chris has uneven teeth and a pronounced incisor. The mouth a and teeth seem to match Matt.6

I'm almost certain it is Chris Moyles! That side by side picture @Ms_Dee shared is a perfect fit if you ask me!
