Easily change folder names containing dashes to ones with underscores?

Historically, since 2008, my digital images have been stored in folders with names containing underscores like 2008_08_21
This is because I used a Canon image transfer system. In recent years I've used other methods. Unknown to me, this has resulted in quite a few of my 'Pictures' folders using dashes instead, like 2020-09-15
I only noticed this because I recently saw 'duplicate' folders, one with underscores and the other dashes, both containing the same images.
So now I need to change the name of many folders so that they contain underscores rather than dashes but obviously contain all other information correctly.
Is there an easy and quick way to do this? I know I can manually change each folder name but this could take ages.
For example, using some sort of automated process, folder names like 2020-09-15 would be identified and changed to 2020_09_15
Is there some software that can do this? Or maybe something within my Win 10 laptop? I have Adobe CS5 and Adobe Bridge but I don't think there's anything in them that will achieve what I want.

Thanks, that looks just the job. Looks like another learning curve ahead.1

Just to say that I downloaded that program yesterday and I've found it very easy to solve my problem. It also flagged where I had managed to create duplicate folders - pairs with the same date but one with dashes and the other underscores.
All sorted now. Thanks again1
