contacted BT to try to get a social tarriff only to be told this only applies to people on UC JSA but not people who are disabled on PIP OR DLA this must be discrimination against disabled people by our biggest telecoms provider

Eligibility criteria is here on BT's website, no mention of PIP/DLA:
