Octopus loyalty discount not on recent bill.

For a few months now I've been receiving a discount on my electricity bill. Around £4 a month. The recent bill, covering October consumption, shows no such discount.

Have they stopped it?

As far as I understand, they've replaced it with reduced standing charge on the tariff, 4% off what it would have been. 

The Loyalty discount was for customers who'd been on the Flexible tariff for 8 months or more, whereas the current rates are for everyone no matter how long they've been on it.

Yes, it was odd because I only joined Octopus in September but they gave me the loyalty discount which I hadn't expected. It may have been because they reopened my account for when I was SoLRd to them several years ago so it looked to the computer that I was a loyal customer.
