Makes you wonder how some of our usual suspects survive these!
the SRA asserted that he breached either or both of:
- principle 2: “You must ... act with integrity"
- principle 6: “You must ... behave in a way that maintains the trust the public places in you and in the provision of legal services”
The tribunal said it saw no distinction between the concepts of deception and dishonesty.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Interesting case, similar case of a doctor being suspending for using a siblings Oyster card.2

Really? Misuse of a blue badge is a criminal offence, and can be charged as fraud - very serious. Not sure what the Ts&Cs are for Oyster, but I doubt it's criminal to use someone else's card with their permission. My wife has used mine in the past. Can't see the problem.Ed2022 said:Interesting case, similar case of a doctor being suspending for using a siblings Oyster card.2 -

id guess that was a monthly season ticket, on the card, which can’t be shared.PPI success. Banding success. Double Dip PCN cancelled! South facing solar (Midlands) and battery. Savings Session supporter (is it worth it now!?)0 -
