TSB Refund

I made a post on here (can't find it) about how I opened an account with TSB, funded it with several thousand pounds from a car sale marked to be sent on to savings accounts. Every transaction I made was challenged by the TSB and I spent hours on each one sorting it out. I complained and yesterday they sent me £25. I'm always quick to moan about banks so I think it only fair to praise one when it acts fairly.

£25 is that it ?.I got £25 for just calling them when they changed their platform and it went wrong for months. Plus £15 for call costs. In the end after lots of complaints I had just over £500 or £600 in compensation. They paid me out and 3 months later sent another payment after reviewing my issues.Raise to complaint further, You had to make payments form another account etc, £100 comp.Had to borrow money from family, £100 comp.Went into town to get money from another bank, Tome, Parking, fuel etc.Make a list.
