We bought a large item from Argos
The item appeared to have an intermittent fault.
I rang Argos, they asked the reason for the return
They set up a collection with a 3 hour slot and this was right the way up until 10pm
We repacked it like new.
Argos driver picked up as agreed and gave us a call before arriving and the same with the delivery.
We got an email saying it had been picked up
The next day to my pleasant surprise the 700 was back in our account.
Well done Argos.
