Help please trying to contact British Gas

I was transferred to British Gas last year following the collapse of Peoples' Energy. The address where I live and the supply address for my gas and electricity are the same but somehow British Gas have a different supply address for my electricity.
I am not able to phone them as they're only open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm and I'm at work and their wait times are too long. I have tried to send a message using their app but have not had a response. I cannot find an email address for them and I don't know what to do.
Please help
