Hello my husband and I are buying a bed & breakfast does anyone have or know of a good commercial mortgage broker please ? We have 60% deposit excellent credit score and account for the bnb

How big is the B&B?
In the back of my mind, I think Nationwide can accept small B&Bs... Dont hold me to this though, I just have something in the back of my mind from a meeting or conference or something.
