So Energy £66 payment for Nov
HI all,
Has anyone received there £66 Energy Bill Support with So Energy? I received 1 payment end of Sept for October but I have not received one end of Oct for November, just wondering if anyone else has or if anyone knows what date I can expect to receive it?
I just got my statement and it shows no entry for it.
Thanks
Kev

That doesn't sound right, the qualifying date for each month is the 1st, September would have been too early for the October payment.kev2009 said:HI all,

Scroll nearer the bottom of the page and it says So Energy credits it to your account within the first 5 days of the month. There's still a few days left for it to be credited.
I'm a So Energy customer but don't normally get my bill until the 4th of the month or sometimes as late as the 7th."a workman, even of the lowest and poorest order, if he is frugal and industrious, may enjoy a greater share of the necessaries and conveniences of life than it is possible for any savage to acquire."2 -
on the ovo dashboard our november payment appeared on the 'statement' some time before monday morning (we always give a reading on the last day of the month) but that could just be an accounting thing? our bills arent actually generated until the end of the billing period (for us the 17th)Spoonie_Turtle said:

It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.1 -
Thanks all. @superstylin I got my bill yesterday but like yourself it is usually within the first few days of the month. For me i got the payment last month on 30th Sept ready for October so i naturally thought it would of come end of Oct for Nov but I hadn't seen that regarding the payment would be within the first 5 days so I'm happy to wait, i just wanted to make sure I hadn't been missed

Thanks!
