Hi everyone
I'm in the process of renewing my car insurance. However, when it comes to where I park my car, there's nothing on the drop-down menu for a residents' only car park. I live in a block of flats which has private, but unlocked, parking places for each flat at the front of the building. In fact, I can see my car from the windows of my flat.  Is this classed as a public car park as there isn't an option for residents' parking?

Where are you quoting from? Confused.com for example has the option of Residential Parking

Ultimately it matters that you can defensibly describe it as  you have based on the options available. For belts and braces ask the company in question before you hit the buy button. What you describe sounds fairly similar to a driveway to me but havent seen what options you had to choose from.

    No ‘off road’ parking option?
