Octopus rates. I'm confused?

I didn't know that, thanks. It makes complete sense then, as I almost always submit readings late evening, but the last couple of months, the bills have come the following day.   I'm going to move my gas to them shortly too, as their billing system works really efficiently.   BG are a complete mystery as to when they're likely to bill and it always takes a bit of fathoming out when they do.
