Hi I need a bit of help, I’m following the advice as set out for challenging parking eye, I’ve responded to their LBC asking them to comply with the practice direction and rather than respond with another LBC or even acknowledge what I’ve said they’ve e-mailed me telling me that the parking charge is still due and they want money, I’m not sure if I send the same letter again requesting another LBC or how to proceed they haven’t even sent me a letter back

Just taking a shot in the dark .... did you tell Parking Eye to wait 30 days for debt advice? If so, that email should have gone to their solicitor, and the SAR to Parking EyeThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.0

Only if PE are using an external solicitor of course. They often don't.Trainerman said:Just taking a shot in the dark .... did you tell Parking Eye to wait 30 days for debt advice? If so, that email should have gone to their solicitor...

But the NEWBIES thread 2nd post tells you about ParkingEye LBCCC stage. Not sure why you say you are sending letters, when in the LBCCC section I provide PEye's enforcement team's email?triggersmigga said:Hi I need a bit of help, I’m following the advice as set out for challenging parking eye, I’ve responded to their LBC asking them to comply with the practice direction and rather than respond with another LBC or even acknowledge what I’ve said they’ve e-mailed me telling me that the parking charge is still due and they want money, I’m not sure if I send the same letter again requesting another LBC or how to proceed they haven’t even sent me a letter back
In that section, I explain that - unless you already tried POPLA, and differently from other PPCs - you can ask them for a POPLA code and appeal.
The NEWBIES thread resource also tells you that landowner complaint is PLAN A at ANY stage.
Do both, urgently, of course.
Which landowner/location and what went wrong that led to a PCN?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
