Dune sent a link which took me to the Evri site where I got a return label, I did print in store. You would normally also get an email but this didn’t arrive but I have the QR/ 6 digit code I used to print the label in store. I received a blue hand written tracking receipt which we have stupidly misplaced but when I did check the shoes were marked as delivered. Dune say they don’t have.
I’ve been asking Evri if they can do anything with the 6 digit code I used in store to print the label- this label printed with all the correct details on & I am struggling to believe they have no trace of this happening!
Dune have been useless just pushing me back to Evri.
The shoes were over £100 and so I don’t really want to just let this go.
I’ll go to small claims if necessary. Surely they must have a record of the label being printed??
