    Just had bank cashback of £5.93 to add, and done 1 or 2 Profilic surveys - I suppose the downside of Profilic is that they seem to be at their busiest during "standard working hours" and I work "standard working hours" but I still seem to be making about £12 a week from it, so all good :)

    Also spent the weekend batch cooking - hopefully save money doing this, but also stops us opting for takeaways when we've had a busy day :)
    I have added extra meat to my shopping inspired by your good self to do some batch cooking! I'm just going to do some mince with onion in chopped tomatoes with garlic so I can turn it into a Spag Bol or Chilli or Cottage pie as and when, but I've noticed that before, I was putting 500g of mince for one meal! 1kg makes 4 meals if you want it too easily!

    Yes, same for me with Prolific, but to be honest, I'd rather do that than spend hours on Qmee only to get kicked out after 15 minutes on their surveys, so if it's £50 a month on Prolific, that's still good!

    I'm always in it, it's only the depth that varies....

    Current debt: £10,806.75
    Debt free date April 2025 (though expecting this to come forward)

    @Deleted_User you're on fire!

    No extra ££ yesterday, but this morning I did a long survey on prolific which has been approved and with the extra I had in there I managed to cash out £9.69.

    Total £58.41
    Brilliant! That's really good. And I must say I do find the surveys really interesting as well on Prolific  :)

    I do the same, but with chopped peppers too, and then use for same as you, and for lasagne too.  Definitely use a lot less mince than when doing individually.  Also made a batch of chicken curry at the weekend too :)

    Definitely - Prolific definitely the way to go :)
