Hi everyone, happy new month :)  and good luck :)

I'm aiming for £10 a day again.  Already sorted for my first day's target - received £11.02 from TCB.

Where do you find "customers" for your side hustle @CMD79 ?  I'd love to have a side hustle working with spreadsheets, but no idea how I'd start getting jobs.

I've got a a really good website called Canva that I can design all sorts of stuff on (you can get a free trial for a month!) and then posting onto our local FB pages. I'm offering 3 free packages to generate some interest and get some reviews in the bag, but I hope people just really need help and will pay. I'm going to think about doing some networking events because those things you always pick up people who want to give you work and expect there to be some sort of reciprocation, which is fine!

Excel is one of those skills that you probably could offer a service as well. Perhaps people might pay for a monthly budgeting spreadsheet for example if you priced it well enough, or an hours tuition so that whatever they've got a need for, you can show them how to create and maintain a working spreadsheet maybe....

OR!!! Thinking outside the box, you could pitch it as upskilling for people who are looking to progress but their lack of MS Office confidence is holding them back. Handling data is a huge part of office jobs of most workplaces, so it could be an employability thing too. i was thinking about booking a table in a big pub to do group sessions for women needing to get better paid jobs because of the cost of living crisis.

    Hi everyone and good luck.
As I have failed so miserably in the past please may I have a target of £5 a day and I promise I will try really, really hard to meet this one ;)
    Thank you
Whatever you can achieve is better than if you hadn't tried at all! And actually, my making extra is a bonus, but it's the effort I'm making which keeps me from going back to spending more on credit as well. I'm actually alright now if I don't earn a penny extra, but just continue on the straight and narrow. So anything at all above and beyond 0 is very positive. xxx

  • Hello, please can I join you? I’d like to aim for £10 a day. I used to do this challenge years ago when debt busting. Back now I’m on maternity leave and my income has tanked

I have £113 pending in my Vinted account that I’ll count when it hits my bank account. Will be trying to make all my extra by selling. I need to get listing!

£5.08 so far today from surveys.

Good start to the month @CMD79 .  Your side hustle sounds interesting. Good luck with it.

Thanks! I've been at Prolific today.... I think I'm in love! I cannot believe the difference when you compare the standard nonsense sites.
I love it too @cmd79 so much better than all the other survey sites :)
