Yes you should buy more years but with the limited information you have given nothing more definite can be said.  You have slipped in another piece of information in your other post that you currently reside overseas which brings another angle into the payments, class 2 contributions. Also which country do you live in, in some countries you do not receive the annual inflation increases.
    Are you currently working ?
Were you working in any of those other missing years ?
What precisely does your forecast show for amounts of pension ?
It is highly unlikely that you will be eligible for any of your husband's pension, you need to make your own arrangements - how much is his pension per week ?.
You will be able to make up any of those years after 2010, up to 2016-17 will only be available until April 2023.
  • Yes currently I'm  working.
Yes I was working overseas with missed years.
Sorry are you meaning how much money I will for forecast years?

Yes, your pension forecast will give maybe 3 different amounts at the top, the important one is pension amount up to April 2022 (maybe still at April 2021)
Were you working in UK directly before you went overseas.  If so you may be eligible to pay class 2 which is only around £164 per year and you will need to contact the IPC https://www.gov.uk/international-pension-centre

  • Yes that's what my husband gets.
Do you know what will happen to his pension if he dies before i can claim my oension? I was hoping to just share his pension instead of buying more for me

If he dies his State Pension stops.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
