RBS / NatWest 5% digital saver text

Any other household receive a text to tell them their interest rate was increasing?

Just letting you know the interest you earn on your Digital Regular Saver has increased. Your interest rate is 5.00% Gross/Annual Equivalent Rate (AER) 5.12% Gross/AER on balances up to £1000.

    No all I get is letters from RBS/Virgin1 to say that the interest rate on my flexible mortgage account is going up yet again.  But the interest they pay on credit balances is not.

  • Yeah I got that text as well.  Bit strange because I thought they increased the rates ages ago.
