How can I switch?
Hi there, I want to switch Energy companies asap. Not to save money, I know that's not likely in the current climate but I have serious ethical and human rights concerns about the company I was switched to when my original company went to the wall. However, it doesn't seem possible to do this via cost comparison sites. I 'phoned the company I would like to switch to (Ovo) but the recorded voicemail does not give an option for customers wishing to sign up. Is losing the right to choose our energy provider another casualty of this energy disaster? :-(

i dont know who you are with but i know octopus and edf have been accepting new customers. but you need to phone them to ask to be moved.
