I think Railcard.co.uk is doing something really deceptive and I'm unsure what to do about it

You get the same thing on argos and asda and people with vision problems use those too. I get this stuff in trying to get you to sign up for a service you don't really need but ultimately it does provide information on what you need to pay and you would deal with that the way you would if you were signing up for anything online.
