So I see that Bulb Energy has been purchased or at least is in the process of being purchased buy Octopus. I changed to Bulb from Octopus because I had a nightmare with Octopus and their Custmer service was awful. My question is what options do I have if I do not want to return to Octopus. It seems to me we have no choice but to return to a provider that I dislike and want nothing to do with.

id suggest you wait until the transfer has happened (if sse and ovo are anything to go by you will stay as bulb and with bulb customer service staff for at least a while after the transfer) then put in a move to someone else. you could try doing it now as i doubt there actually going to move things instantly but there is some risk that way of it getting messed up so id personally wait until the dust settles.Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you. It's amazing how those with a can-do attitude and willingness to 'pitch in and work' get all the luck, isn't it?
Please consider buying some pet food and giving it to your local food bank collection or animal charity. Animals aren't to blame for the cost of living crisis.0
